Is Desk360 can be integrated into other tools like JIRA?

Lots of people use more than one platform to keep track of their workflow. JIRA is the most used one among all other platforms. Because some customers issues cannot be solved at that moment and needs to go to technical team. So, it would be really great if tickets can be linked to certain JIRA issues.
