PAYCOM - ATS and Job Boards
Working in the Paycom ATS:
With other ATS's we have been able to remove a requisition from a job board while still working on the req and sorting/interviewing candidates. We can't seem to find a solution for doing this with Paycom. Our support team doesn't know how either and doesn't seem to understand the importance of being able to take a job ad down from job boards (reducing fees and unnecessary candidate applications leading to a poor experience) and continuing to work on the requisition. The system currently requires us to decline candidates and process a hire before the req can be removed from the job boards.
Does anyone have an alternative solution for this?

Thanks for the post! Yes, it would be nice to get a solid understanding of how to temporarily pull down a job posting from the career site with Paycom ATS and then repost when you're ready to get more candidate flow. We can set a date within Paycom ATS to have a posting come down but we want more control than that and don't want to guess. Any help would be much appreciated.
