One thing that stands out about Instantly compared to their competitors is that they listen to their users.

When a group of people requests new features, you can expect to see them in the next product update.

The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.

However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

Like all software companies growing fast and lean there is a need for more current, concise, easier to find video tutorials to get answers quick instead of chatting up the team on every detail while in a hurry to get things connected and live. I want to see these softwares really utilizing YouTube, short videos on every aspect of functionality, updated every six months at minimum.
