User interface must be modernized and redisgned to be more user friendly. The company has to to redisign the process for manual forecat adjustments to allow instant sync. The tool is slow to refresh data. The tool also needs to have more flexibilitiy to adjust out-of-the-box solution and map it appropriately to customer needs. Health Score must be modernized and redesigned and must be more predictive and must allow for "if" statements. Reports design must be modernized as well. You have quite a bit of data at your fingertips - but it doesn;'t feel overwhelming at all. Because of the platform's capacity to slice data by segment, it really feels as though you don't need to spend any more time within the platform than necessary.
