Not much to dislike with VidCruiter. I look forward to further adoption of the software by my department so I can make the most of other tools and features. It's simple! It's super easy to use the applicant steps and recruiter steps. It's very automated so you don't have to check into your postings that often. It's very customizable as well - it works very well for our call taker position as there are many steps. VidCruiter Support is also the best - super kind and quick reponses.
