There are a LOT of functions in here, which is great for the Court, but for dispatch, it's a bit much. We really only use a couple features inside this system, and it is easy to use once you know how. I saved the search screen on my favorites bar, because it's a little convoluted the way you have to go about searching. The actual search feature is easy to use once you get to it. The flagging system is ridiculous. The colors cannot be customized, and the colors that are selected are so similar that it's hard to tell them apart. Reds, oranges, and yellows. Unfortunately, I operate this system in a screen that is above eye-level, which makes these colors even harder to differentiate while confirming on warrants. New system seemed a little glitchy at first - also not entirely user friendly - training for this system was costly and time consuming.
