I use teammate analystics as an add on to excel and it works seamlessly. I use some of the added funtions daily, some only monthly. I especially like the extract functions and the pivoting from multiple tabs. It was east to install. TeamMate+ is an excellent Audit Management application. Our Internal Audit team uses the software on a daily basis and it has resulted in many benefits:

- Using TeamMate+ has made it super easy to drive consistency and quality on our audits, through standardised file setup, workflow for workpaper sign-off and the re-usability of risks, controls and procedures.

- The findings database enables the consistent logging and tracking of findings, makes following up on overdue findings easy through automated reminders and enables business users to capture status updates directly in the application.

- Reporting through the API functionality enabled us to build flexible custom reports which has significantly reduced the time spent on preparing monthly and quarterly reports to Management and the Audit Commitee.

The implementation process was quite easy and took around two weeks. A dedicated consultant helped with the implementation by first understanding our methodology and requirements and then configured the application according to our needs, taxonomies and terminology. As a result it was also easy to integrate the application into our daily work as it was customised to our needs.

The following areas could be improved:

- Navigation through an audit file can be cumbursome when there are lots of layered risks, controls and procedures that need to be individually expanded to see the full section. "Expand All" or "Collapse All" functionality to expand/collapse and entire section or the entire file would be a great addition.

Außerdem ist TeamMate+ ein Leistungs-/CPU-Fresser - ich kann nicht mehr als ein paar Instanzen gleichzeitig öffnen. Offen gesagt, würde ich dem Team von TeamMate+ empfehlen, sich die Software der größten Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften als Ausgangspunkt anzusehen.
