I am very satisfied with the functionality of the system. The fact that payroll and billing can be done out of the system is a big perk. It's great that they are rolling out updates monthly and integrating with more systems to make our experience better. Their team is very friendly and helpful to work with. It is sometimes frustrating that issues and enhancement requests take so much time to complete. The CTM team are great but I feel like the parent company SYMPLR doesn't provide enough resources to the engineering team which lengthens the time to finish projects. It is challenging to integrate other products to Symplr, limiting us on the range of products we can add on to our tech stack. The tickets take a long time to resolve, usually months but sometimes years. The system does not have workflows between departments which leads to the company being siloed.
