SurveyLegend is free with good basic options and a pro version that is actually affordable if you want more features (unlike Survey Monkey that gives you 25 free answers then try to extort a whopping $159.99 per month to see the rest!). A shame it is not available on the phone and no App either. I don't often carry my tablet and don't really use a laptop so that was inconvenient for me. I'd like to be able to check my survey on the go and not only at home. You also need to sign in everytime, which can be a bit annoying.
