We were previously with JXT / Shazamee and decided to move to Refari after they were reccommended to us due to their functionality, amazing support and strong intergration with JobAdder. We have not regretted the move one bit and very much value Aaron and his team in supporting our website and online presence.

The Refari platform has so many options to tailor the site to your business needs. They offer so much flexibility in changing this whenever you need to, and Aaron and his support team are receptive to anything you throw at them.

Their insistence on using the Loom platform to communicate work between each other took a while to get used to, but in the end makes absolute sense in this business and allows quick and efficient communication when requiring support or changes. Not a reflection on Refari, but the platform has so many options and tools that you can use via Refari, it can sometimes be hard to keep a track on everything and how to use it, especially when you dont use it every day. Saying that, any questions or things you forget, their support team help you so quickly and either send guidance or videos back to help or remind you. In Bezug auf den Service: super einfach zu arbeiten, hochgradig reaktionsschnell mit ehrlicher, direkter, aber professioneller Beratung. Ich denke, die letzteren Punkte sind darauf zurückzuführen, dass sie sich auf den Rekrutierungssektor spezialisiert haben, sodass sie sehen würden, was funktioniert und was nicht. Die Klarheit in diesem Fall war erfrischend.

Etwas, das meine Aufmerksamkeit mehr als die Empfehlungs-Widgets auf sich zog, war mehr auf die Verbesserung der gesamten Benutzererfahrung und die Platzierungsrate mit ihrem Job-Board als Schlüsselfunktionalität fokussiert. Aber dann war es auch interessant zu sehen, wie das Unternehmen in den Bereich der Entwicklung und des Hostings eintrat, was wie eine natürliche Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts erscheint.

Nichts an dem Service oder den Produkten missfallen. Mein einziger Missfallen am Prozess der Zusammenarbeit war, dass es zu diesem Zeitpunkt in das ATS integriert werden musste, was nur die Kosten für den ersten Anwender dieses ATS sind. It looks fantastic - much, much better than other solutions we've reviewed. There is some excellent functionality here too, obviously the candidate referral system, easy & efficient social media posting, and the very effective support during w/site build and go-live. --- The functionality of the product is good. Some of the best features for us are:

(1) it allows candidates to sign up for a 'job alert',

(2) it adds candidates to Jobadder (and to the job shortlist) when they apply for the job (or, you can turn this off if you wish),

(3) it links the recruiter to the job vacancy, and

(4) it re-imagines the 'meet the team' page on the website.

Wir waren sowohl auf Shazamme als auch auf Volcanic - während beide einen Zweck erfüllten, war Refari bei weitem die beste Erfahrung. Wir erhalten rechtzeitige Unterstützung, Input und Anleitung, wo nötig, sowie Ideen, die uns helfen, das umzusetzen und zu erreichen, was wir uns vorstellen, da wir schließlich keine Webentwickler sind.
