I would prefer to have the option to select dates in the lookup - because I report TY vs LY and it would make it a lot easier to select date range. I would like the reviews format in the tool to be updated and a little more user friendly - for example: writing merchant responses work flow is now a matter of writing them elsewhere and copy and pasting because editing in the tiny box is next to impossible. I would want to be able to select reviews to later export to send to our CS team for customer contact/resolutions.
