Die drei Hauptmerkmale, die mir am besten gefallen haben, sind:

1. Die Tatsache, dass Amplifi.io PIM (Produktinformationsmanagement)-Funktionen in seinem DAM bietet, wodurch Kunden nicht nur Zugang zu digitalen Assets, sondern auch zu wichtigen Produktinformationen, Merkmalen und Vorteilen erhalten.

2. Das Navigationssystem auf der linken Seite ermöglicht die Auflistung nach Marke jedes einzelnen angebotenen Produktmodells.

3. Die Möglichkeit, verschiedene „Regionen“ einzurichten, die es uns ermöglichen, separaten Zugang und Ansichten für eine Schwester-Marke und eine interne Schulungsakademie zu schaffen, die einen Service statt eines Produkts präsentierte. Es gab ein paar Dinge, die man sich merken musste, oder man würde es verpassen – das sind überhaupt keine Systemfehler, sondern nicht intuitiv für gelegentliche Benutzer. 1. Mit den verschiedenen Ordneransichten für Dateien und Sammlungen, wenn Sie ein Bild nicht finden konnten, waren Sie am falschen Ort.

2. Logodateien werden je nach Dateityp an zwei verschiedenen Orten gespeichert. Das heißt, wenn die Datei eine EPS-Datei ist, wird sie in der Sonstiges-Datei gespeichert, nicht in der Bilddatei (weil es kein Bild ist). Sobald man das weiß, ist es kein Problem, obwohl es für Erstbenutzer oder gelegentliche Benutzer nicht intuitiv ist.

3. Ein Benutzer muss sicherstellen, dass er nicht nur einen Ordner löscht, sondern ihn vollständig entfernt; andernfalls wird er in einen nicht zugeordneten Ordner verschoben. My dislikes with the platform are all specific to the overall onboarding experience and are not at all specific to the platform and technology itself. Amplifi wants to make the platform work for every single use case but once signed on, there is little follow-up to help each client ensure onboarding is completed. My specific case may be the result of timing alone, but there were times where I had to follow up multiple times and then go above my POC before I received a response / update. Personalized support from a dedicated customer success manager, who took the time to learn about our business and understand the data and asset management challenges we were facing as a result of rapid growth. This custom and personalized onboarding meant our most significant pain points were prioritized and quickly addressed.

The straightforward UX makes onboarding tech-challenged staff easy and has led to widespread adoption within our organization.

Das Niveau der Einarbeitung und Migrationsunterstützung ist weit überdurchschnittlich. Die Integration mehrerer Marken in ein einziges System, während die unterschiedlichen organisatorischen Konventionen beibehalten werden, ist keine leichte Aufgabe. Das Support-Team bei Amplifi war entscheidend für die Planung, Ausführung und Feinabstimmung des Systems und der Prozesse, die wir jetzt implementiert haben.
