2FA is unuseable. A web of requirements (must access on the mobile device it was set up on, must use either faceid or fingerprint, no support for passcode, etc..) that seemingly contradict and, ultimately, lead to people copy and pasting 2FA codes to each other over other tools.

Inconvenience that results in bad security and frustrated users.

Support essentially can only say "yeah, that sucks - but that's the way it's set up."

It may just be my set up (I haven't heard anyone else in the workforce compalin of problems) but on occassions after my laptop has been hibernating or similar, the software struggles to be ready in a timely manner.
