I like being able to interface with my phone, directly on my computer. I get popups when I have an incoming call, I am able to see a log of my call history and voicemail on my screen, and since Shoretel is connected to Outlook I am able to listen to voicemail within outlook and on my mobile device's email. Since I am often out of the office, to have voicemail appear in my inbox or to be able to view a log of missed calls while out of the office is extremely beneficial.
