The ease of use and the number of great features. The ability to drag and drop into the files sections. I love how easy it is to modify files and notes and log interactions. Maximizer is pretty good overall but doing work on several contacts in same play can feel a little sluggish. It isn’t as seamless to move between different customer profile as I’d like to, and especially if I was reviewing multiple interactions quickly. Also, Updating customer details, which needs extra confirmation, makes repetitive tasks take longer. These are not big problems but does take a bit of time to get this worked out.
