Für unsere Organisation erhält die Führungsebene eine festgelegte Anzahl von "Punkten", die jeden Monat für Anerkennung vergeben werden können. Ich mag es nicht, dass diese Punkte am letzten Tag des Monats verfallen, da es zu einem Last-Minute-Ansturm kommen kann, um alle Anerkennungen zu vergeben, die man für diesen Monat geben möchte (da ich es bevorzuge, sie alle aufzuschreiben und dann zu entscheiden, welche Art von Anerkennung ich geben möchte, basierend darauf, wie viele auf meiner Liste stehen und wie viele Punkte mir noch zur Verfügung stehen).
