1. Die Änderung der Lokalisierung scheint schwierig zu sein und es wurde keine Hilfe erhalten. Das ist wirklich schlecht 😵

2. Die Preisgestaltung ist etwas frustrierend. Man muss eine Lizenz pro Benutzer kaufen, das ist gängige Praxis, also kein Problem. 45$/Benutzer/Jahr ist in Ordnung. Aber dann, wenn man einen erweiterten Bericht möchte, kostet es 0,71€/Benutzer/Monat, KeeperChat ist 1,42€/Benutzer/Monat, Compliance-Berichterstattung 0,83$/Benutzer/Monat, ... Ich meine, berechnen Sie einfach eine Lizenz, erhöhen Sie den Preis ein wenig und machen Sie alle Produkte verfügbar!!

It constantly logs out even though I select 30 days expiry and I have to log back in and put 2 step codes in frequently. It's overly complicated with tons of features that most people simply don't need. One of my guys accidentally deleted an entire folder, and it wouldn't restore; I contacted support for help, and they were zero help, so I've had to slowly add logins back as I run into missing ones. Keeper is simple to use, if you have the browser plugin it will offer to crate passwords and store them on signup to a new page, it offers to fill records for you. You can set up SSO so you can seamlessly log in and control access to password records by AD group.

One great feature is you can use it for MFA so you dont have to worry about having to use a single phone with multiple users sharing an online account.

With enough people using keeper over enough time it becomes difficult to find records, sadly the search isnt super great, it would be nice to be able to export records to an archive if you are unsure if you need them but want to tidy up.

The password update feature is not the greatest and can be confusing at times. I often prefer changing the password using the recommended option while editing an entry as opposed to using the embedded mechanism which doesn't always work as expected.

As both as user and administrator Keeper has been such a great experiernce. The app itself is widely usable across browsers, platforms, and devices. Easy to navigate, smart enough to know what website I'm on, and auto fill if I've set that site to do so. Search within the app is great as well as being able to launch the site from the prefilled. As an admin, we've set up SSO which makes it easy for my users while still having the security of admin approval on new devies. Breachwatch allows me and my uses to keep track of any possible loss of data. It truly makes my day to day easier. Being able to share passwords with certain users has certainly made things easier as well as the ability to send a previous employees stored passwords to a manager when needed. The password generator is great being able to customize password or passphrase what symbols you want in there, how many characterse and saving those preferences for the future. Honestly for my use, it comes down to certain sites, not prefilling when I want them to, having to open the app, copy a user name, paste it, open the app again, copy and paste again, finding a way to leave it on the log in page would be helpful or simply having it properly prefill in the first place. I've attended a few of their online seminars and I know they are working on bug fixes and more features along the way. The primary use of a password manager is to integrate with a browser or other software for ease of use - at least for personal reasons. Then to allow for storage and sharing within teams. In both of these areas, Keeper falls short. It doesn't seem to work well when using in conjunction with the Chrome browser. If fills records not needed and doesn't come up when there are multiple matches. It just doesn't seem to work as good as alternatives in the market.

Permissions can be very granular which is great when you have multiple teams and want controlled access to credentials or secrets. Being able to store QR codes/MFA codes and have the page auto generate codes is a nice touch too.

The desktop client is nice and handy if you know you may be working offline.

We have had some problems with SSO - occasionally when using a new device or even the same device it will require approval from an admin in the portal, even if you are one of the admins and end up just approving yourself.

The password sharing in Keeper needs some work. You can't share a record with a team, only individuals, so then you have to nest that record in a shared folder, but you can't exclude people's permission to see a shared file if they have access to that folder. Admin console is very modifiable. Auto generated passwords and password secret share are great and similar to our enterprise groups we usually use. Its easy to show off the web vault in orientation. Its a little clunky to set up initially for new users and isn't as intuitive for less technical people. Some sites its auto fill does not work, for example if there are more than just username and password requested to enter and there is an additional 3rd line of information requested to sign in. It does not work outside of the browser extension as far as I'm aware. We cannot manually do Master Password resets from an administration standpoint. The nodes are a little confusing and too simple on the admin side. Because it uses SSO we find that it auto signs out a lot of the time in random mornings.
