What I like best about the Influitive platform is the ability to customize and brand it to look like our company. It also provides a way to communicate with and stay in front of customers outside of our marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms. Yet, it is integrated to both. There are elements that are overly complex, like understanding acts of advocacy with multiple fields. Das Empfehlungsprogramm und die Technologie, die Influitive anbietet, übertrafen alle anderen Anbieter, die wir überprüft haben. Sie automatisieren den Backend-Workflow und integrieren sich mit Salesforce. Dies macht es für uns sehr einfach, alle Leads zu verfolgen und so schnell wie möglich nachzufassen. Man kann auch individuelle Empfehlungsseiten basierend auf spezifischen Kampagnen anpassen, die man durchführt. Zweitens sind die Segmentierungsfähigkeiten von Influitive unglaublich – im Grunde endlos! Wir können sicherstellen, dass alle unsere Fürsprecher eine einzigartige, maßgeschneiderte Erfahrung erhalten, dank unserer detaillierten Segmentierung. Es gibt Zeiten, in denen ich einfach eine schnelle Antwort möchte und mir wünsche, ich hätte einen schnelleren Weg, es herauszufinden. Sie haben alle möglichen Diskussionen, FAQs usw., also ist alles da! Ich weiß, dass ein CSM nicht Ihre Unterstützung sein kann, aber ich wünschte, ich könnte schnell mit ihnen chatten und eine Frage stellen. Ich habe auch nicht die Beziehung zum CSM wie mein Manager. Easy to set up for us as admins and an easy to navigate UI from a community member standpoint. Influitive has allowed us to run more effective engagement campaigns and provide resources from one source as opposed to separate CSM outreach, but our CSMs also love the ability to connect with all of their customers at once. Having access to Influitive's own VIP community and webinars has helped not only me as an admin, but a lot of our Marketing team find new and creative ways to connect. We were doing a hub cleanup and somehow triggered a lot of the targeting and such to go wrong. We got a lot of help from the team, however it would have been nice if they could have just reverted back to the old setup vs us having to work with them to get everything put back together again. There is nothing I don't like, I just think it could be refined especially in the management of channels, challenges and groups in the back office. The inability to delete old groups and campaigns that are no longer used is a limitation, but one that can be solved simply by improving the functionality. Overall, it is a very good tool. I think for right now, there are some sections of the administrative side that are a little clunky, in terms of finding settings or reporting.
