This could be due to cost control limitations being placed by the powers that be on my end, and not the fault of the creators, but the fact that it does not seem to have a way to be able to upload spreadsheet templates or use another method of input in order to save tons of time and effort (and payroll dollars) for things such as vendor price changes continues to be a problem. We receive these thick .csv reports from most of our manufacturers at least 2 times a year. Having to hand key all of this new pricing and cost info for each and every part is a real-time suck, and it drags the productivity of the company way down with each one we are tasked with doing. SX.enterprise has been a stable and robust ERP that works well with TWL to give our company the best solution for every aspect of our manufacturing process. Currently we are on Windows, but hoping to move to Linux in the next installment. We look forward to seeing the improvements and changes that come with v.11, especially if we can get the web version as opposed to only the GUI version. There are some issues and errors that appear from time to time that can only be resolved by our Infor partner. As an IT Director, I would wish for a smoother workflow with less modification required, but there are limitations that have to be expected as with any software.
