With the services Indeavor provides us, we could use some specific training for our use cases. When we onboard new supervisors, we rely on our other supervisors to show them how to use the system. Indeavor has been created and set up to fit our exact needs. From simple vacation planning, schedule generation, to ability to make changes on the fly, it is a valuable asset to the success of our facility. Indeavor needs to change the ability to select multiple shifts like in excel when you hold down the shift or control key to select multiple cells. This would greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to cover shifts in Workloud. I like the "Problem solve" tool this helps in making a quick replacement. I like the ability to lock employees to a specific job.

I dont like having to work on one person at a time. For Layoff or modifications. I wish I could drag a person for a change from 2pm shift to 10pm shift. I now delete the person then have to re add, lots of steps. It also allows me to schedule someone at 10pm tonight then the next day at 6am which should not be allowed. I would like to see locked employees in the job area. I would like a report that tells me in a mass change/layoff situation who I need to call for layoff or changes. I like that you can filter the pages you are on to fit your specific needs. Also to export reports you do have alot of options to customize them. I dislike that there are some items that are not possible, there are some reports we wished we could optain such as adding senority numbers to qualificaiton reports. In der Zukunft wäre es hilfreich, wenn bei einem aufgetretenen Problem etwas auf dem Bildschirm als Alarm und Anleitung zur Lösung des Problems erscheint.
