Our account manager does a great job of following up promptly on all requests. They are very professional, and always looking to find a solution quickly.

The support teams per the different payrolls are also very responsive, and the feedback they provide reflects the questions asked. They are always looking to provide clarity with detailed explanations, which can then be shared with the employees as needed. The support teams also follow up with the local authorities promptly, ensuring that all steps and processes are confirmed and statutory requirements are met.

Uploading the monthly payroll data on the Immedis portal is easy and having the employee documentation here for an easy access is very benefitial.

The communication through the Immedis portal could be improved. I wish I would be able to copy my team members to messages I sent to Immedis. It is not possible to forward messages or escalate them in the system. Having a life contact via regular email or phone can in many cases make the exchange of information more efficient and prompt.

If a third-party provider is involved, obtaining feedback can be delayed, as all requests for information go to Immedis instead to the third-party provider directly. Adding time differences and different weekly work schedules could mean that feedback will come late within the process, and payroll may be released before gathering all needed clarifications.

Notification in advance, along with clarification of any significant changes in the monthly processing, would be beneficial. For example if an employee's income tax is much higher this month in comparisson to the last, or if they are receiving a tax credit, etc. - anything that we would not have a back up information for, and affects the employee's net pay has to be explained at the submission. That will help with the review and approval of payroll, as well as will prepare us for any escalations the employees may have.

If any changes have to processed in a payroll cycle of specific documents are needed for the processing, a notiifcation as early as possible in advance should be given, as sometimes the employees may be hard to reach or specific payments have to be approved by management and can't be processed right away. I like the ability to approve the payrolls online. Ability to download files from a secure portal. The new communication tool is nice as well, it just needs some time to get used to. Their analytics report have improved and we have seen accuracy in data as evidenced in the audits we had to do on the annual statements for Brazil. I think the access needs to be enhanced, were management or managers can only VIEW and APPROVE payroll. Right now it show Managers can make edits which is not a good control. I understand that is system limitation. The use of a separate shared folder I feel should be reviewed. It would be good if that can be integrated or centralize everything only on the Immedis platform.
