After delivering the specs of the logic we needed for the tool, the team moved forward to implement them and kicked the tool back to us for testing without doing any preliminary testing/troubleshooting themselves to ensure our specifications were operating as intended. HRSoft streamlines the compensation planning process and upgrades the experience as compared to executing a manual (typically Excel-based) process. The tool has been consistent and has the ability to function in the ways most organizations require for merit cycles, promotion cycles and bonus administration. The user interface is modest and the tool is aesthetically built much like an Excel worksheet might be. There is limited interactivity and the tool needs to be integrated with your HRIS. COMPview is very user-friendly! When I began my career I had very minimal experience with a compensation planning system and with the assistance of our HRSoft team I was able to learn the system fairly quickly. COMPview facilitates all our yearly comp processes and makes Q1 a lot more manageable. With the amount of features offered, we can tailor the system to make our compensation cycles run smoothly.
