I love that I can post one message that spreads across all platforms, but also have the ability to access each channel seperately to tweak text and images where appropriate. Easy to use. Using Hootsuite to schedule posts is the most convenient! It saves me so much time. When I will be out of the office, I just plan ahead and schedule. Using the "recommended" time is very helpful to hit the targeted audience and the end-of-year report about usage and views is a benchmark I am interested in. Hootsuite is easy to use and intuitive to use. I have never had to use customer support. I am not a social media specialist, nor am I a marketing rep for my employer, so this is an extra that I do for the success of my department.
