Hootsuite allows our tiny marketing team to work so much more efficiently. We can quickly type up our base version of a post and tweak it for each social site in a matter of minutes. Hootsuite even suggests an optimal time to post for each platform and offers optional AI writing assistance. The customer service is focused on the success of their clients. Not on how much money clients must spend to get quality services—a common practice among some of Hootsuite's competitors. We feel confident with our social media success because we feel supported by Hootsuite's amazing employees every step of the way. Plus, the platform continues to evolve. I love the new Listening feature on Hootsuite, which helps us understand about sentiment as a whole. Super easy to use! I like that you can add multiple accounts/platforms. I like that you are able to view and reply to messages here without having to go on social media.
The calendar set-up is so easy to use and it is great to see where and what is posted on each day. Its super easy to add AND remove posts. Also, being able to see your stats and progression is amazing - it's motivating to keep posting and getting higher impressions from the last week. Hootsuite is easy to set up and get connected to a variety of platforms. The features are counterintuitive and easy to figure out. If there is anything that is confusing or you don't understand how to complete it, there are plenty of resources to read or watch online. I usually schedule content a month out, and it makes it super easy to save/edit posts if changes are needed. I like using Hootsuite because it allows me to send the same post/message across multiple platforms, but still allows me to edit each individual one if necessary. I love how easy it is to schedule posts with just a few clicks. Editing scheduled posts is also easy, and the statistics and reports are easy to use and ESSENTIAL to my work.
