Hootsuite is easy to use and soves a ton of time. Earlier when I did social media analysis manually, it was a time consuming hectic process. Now I can easily rely on the software to do the work for me. It is easy to implement and the support team is 5/5 helpful. I love how user friendly the software is! I use it daily at work and I never fail to be amazed by how easy it is to use, whether it's scheduling posts, running ads, or even integrating in new accounts. Makes my job much easier and I work more efficiently. I also appreciate how quick the team is to give updates, ensure everything is running correctly, and how friendly their team/customer support is. I wish there were more social platform choices. It is relatively limited right now so while *most* of my social platforms are now all in the same place with Hootsuite making it easier, there are still a couple social platforms (like Snapchat Ads and Google Business for me personally) that I still find myself having to go to individually to post or create ad campaigns. I like how I can compile quick reports of social media accounts to see how they are doing over a period of time. I dont have to worry about going into each account and pulling stats that are apples to apples because Hootsuite does it for me. Boosting posts through the Hootsuite interface seems to be a bit tedious and not straighforward. My company has resorted to using paid advertising through each social platform individually. Hootsuite has been a game-changer for managing my social media content. Scheduling posts in advance saves me so much time and keeps everything running smoothly, even when I’m busy with other tasks. I love that I can post to 4 social media platforms at the same time and put my social media strategy on auto-pilot. The analytics are nice but they could be improved. What I like most about hootsuite is the fact that it allows you to be hands-off with social media posting. I can spend 10 minutes in the app to post content that would normally take an hour to manually post amongst all of my platforms. I wish hootsuite allowed more accounts to be connected in the basic plans. The profile taggin could also be more efficient. The "national day" or "holiday" suggests could be more relevant and implement current events or news (i.e. Super bowl, Grammys, or oyther pop culture events). I have been working with social media for years, and wish I had HootSuite years ago. It simplified my workload considerably. The amount of social networks it connects to is a big plus. One of my favorite features is when I upload several photos to a carousel on Instagram, whether they're different sizes, Hootsuite handles that and makes sure theyre all presented well on Instagram's end, no photos are cut off or cropped wrongly.
I didnt think that this software would become such integral part of my workload but I find myself using it several times a week.
