My experience has been very mixed. When I think about the idea of upscope it is that I am trying to provide a better experience. However I often run into issues getting onto the call. The call doesn't connect. The image lags sometimes so I can't see the screen the customer is on for a bit and when I am having to only take one chat to focus on the upscope instead of multiple chats, I feel this actually backtracks the usefulness of the app and makes it an even larger hindrance than if I was to stick to chat. Upscope lets me connect to clients very quickly and without them having to download anything - very useful if they are computer-challenged.
