This platform is absolutely magnificent and a real game-changer for the security industry. The only downside I’ve come across is that once a job advert has closed, you can no longer access applicants' CV details unless you’ve downloaded them beforehand.

I think how it is geographically engineered could have some minor improvement.

Very strong database of candidates in areas of density, however a lack of candidates in locations where most employers within the industry will be struggling to recruit.
