Fyle Vor- und Nachteile

Die Nutzung von Fyle hat die Art und Weise, wie ich meine Ausgaben verwalte, völlig verändert. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist unglaublich benutzerfreundlich, was die Navigation vom Moment der Anmeldung an erleichtert. Eines meiner Lieblingsmerkmale ist die Fotoaufnahme per Textnachricht—einfach ein Bild von Ihrem Beleg machen, und Fyle kümmert sich um den Rest! Kein mühsames Suchen nach alten Belegen oder manuelle Eingabe mehr. Der Einreichungsprozess ist ebenso reibungslos, mit klaren Aufforderungen und Erinnerungen, die helfen, sicherzustellen, dass ich keinen Schritt verpasse.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Ausgabenverfolgungstools, die ich in der Vergangenheit verwendet habe, sticht Fyle wirklich hervor. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre es mit dem Benutzer im Hinterkopf entworfen worden, und seine intelligenten Funktionen machen das Ausgabenmanagement schneller und weniger stressig. We previously were using excel spreadsheets and emailing dozens of PDF and png receipts as part of our expense report process. I now can easily snap photos on my cell phone or use snipping tool on my PC to clip and attached those images directly to the transactions. This has saved me considerable time each month. I love how it tracks directly from my card, this way I don't have to keep track of every purchase I make to ensure I submit receipts. It's really nice to have an accurate list I can refer to. It's a little tedious to split my transations, since I have two different business groups and many different codes for each transaction. The most valuable function on Fyle is having it connected to my phone, so the moment I charge my card, I get a text asking for the receipt. The app sometimes glitches when I click submit, and instead of taking me back to the home screen, it looks as though it wasn't saved. I have to exit out of the receipt submission, and it tells me my changes aren't saved, but then when I back out to the homescreen, it did actually save. Es ist einfach, ein Foto hochzuladen und Fyle wird es zuordnen, aber ich wünschte, das Kodieren und das Angeben des "Zwecks" wäre einfacher. Außerdem wünschte ich, Fyle würde keine doppelte Ausgabe erstellen, wenn man eine Quittung mit Trinkgeld einreicht, weil der volle Betrag im Hintergrund noch nicht gebucht wurde. I hated keeping up with reciepts and having to remember to fill out expense reports and then the reminders came from accounting. We switched to Fyle and I'm no longer accounting's problem. Fyle makes it so easy. Every time I use my card and Fyle sends you a text message immediately. Snap a picture of the reciept (no more keeping up with them), describe the expense and DONE! I’ve just started using Fyle, and so far, it seems pretty easy to get the hang of. The interface is simple, and I was able to submit and categorize my expenses without much trouble. The mobile app is handy, especially for logging expenses on the go. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but it seems like it could help keep everything organized.
