Mit der Einführung neuer Funktionen oder Add-ons scheint der Fokus von Funktionen abgelenkt zu werden, die typischerweise sehr gut aufgenommen werden, am meisten genutzt werden und der Grund waren, die Anwendung überhaupt zu nutzen. Zum Beispiel wird die ursprüngliche Funktionalität der internen Kontrollplanung viel genutzt, ich habe jedoch nicht viele neue Entwicklungen gesehen - ich habe jedoch eine völlig neue Funktionalität "ein Bewertungstyp" gesehen, die dies ersetzen soll. Nicht nach meinem persönlichen Geschmack. Insgesamt gibt es nicht viele Aspekte, die mir nicht gefallen, und ich bin sehr begeistert von der Anwendung. Ability to make minor config changes in house with little dependability on support. Good foundations for majority of the modules available with a standard config available to either customize or roll with. Easy to use with simple work flows for the most part. Its been very useful to have such a diverse amount of information stored in the one easy to access place with the use of an app for remote users extremely useful in our work industry. SAI have recently experienced rapid growth. While the people that are there always work hard to resolve issues and do their absolute best at all times, sometimes they seem to be under-resourced and certain issues may take longer than expected to resolve. Die visuelle Schnittstelle (Look & Feel) wirkt veraltet und übermäßig kompliziert. Es gibt keinen Unterschied zwischen dem polierten Endergebnis und der Admin-Konfiguration. Prozesse zur Konfiguration und Implementierung eines neuen Moduls könnten verbessert werden. Der Erfolg der Implementierung basiert auf der Erfahrung des zugewiesenen Beraters. Mangel an kritischen Denkfähigkeiten und Problemlösung seitens des Beraters führt zu schwieriger Implementierung. Die Schulungsdokumentation für Workflows könnte erweitert werden.
