Working in an office that has daily external visitors, Envoy has been resourceful and user friendly . The app is easy to use and very straight forward. I really like the web portal that is able to show how many visitors are currently at your location or signed in. This is helpful for tracking vendors and contractors, in the event of an emergency, or to use as a quasi-time keeping software as well, in the event of any discrepancy. Customer support is also incredibly easy to deal with and very friendly and prompt. If anything does go wrong with the system, customer service has always been on top of things immediately. I think it would be incredible for administrators to be able to see ID's that are scanned in. On more than one occasion we have found someone using a false/incorrect ID, and have not been able to verify until we saw them the next time. It also would be extremely helpful if the system would remember previous visitors, and instead of making them take new photos or scan their ID's again, if it would just recognize the visitor as the name is typed in.
