The email to invite someone to an application has several links, in my experience they click the "create application" and it ends up making a duplicate guest card. The second link says "to creat password click this link". If all they need to do is creat a password, it should only include that link and not the "apply now" link. Admin back end is clunky - some settings are bulk others are individual. Settings are constantly moved during updates. Shared information about updates is not comprehensive at all - often times I find that the various programming departments are not discussing how settings or changes will effect other parts of the environment. Entrata is easy to use and easy to learn. It has reports to help organize your office and make it run smoothly. You can easily complete tasks in each tab to make sure the daily activities are being completed. The only recommendation would be to allow pictures in the texting portion for residents to use. Another great feature of Entrata is the ease to report any issues you have and customer service will address them immediately. This helps with daily use of the Entrata.
