It was an intuitive program designed so that most can follow prompts and get started right away. Immediately upon signing up, I received an email indicating I needed to follow up with them in order to activate my program. I was impressed a person actually wanted to follow up with me and help me get started because that had not been my experience with my website/email platform. I needed and wanted that personalized support. They walked me through everything including sharing screens, activating my zaps and Google tags. It has been a great experience. Truly customer focused. Would love to dress up the emails that are sent out by them such as using my brand stationery for email template. I think they just want to keep a clean neat look and avoid spam filters. I used to do live webinars to sell my online course. I decided to do an evergreen webinar instead using EasyWebinar. With my live class I used to sell 10-12 courses. With EasyWebinar I sold 25 courses within 3 weeks of my evergreen "launch". Any time I needed support the response time was quick. This is an incredible tool that feels like a live class but takes away the exhaustion of showing up live, while also performing 100% better in terms of course revenue. Usually, I have to find outside help to implement any "techy" things. I found Easy Webinar all made sense and I could connect it to my other things and it all went smoothly. It seems such a reasonable price for all the features you receive. The one time I needed guidance, I found the help I needed with their 'chatbot'. Was am hilfreichsten bei der Zusammenarbeit mit EW war, dass ich Unterstützung von sachkundigen Teammitgliedern hatte. Die neuen Vorlagen sind modern, ein großes Upgrade im Vergleich zum vorherigen Erscheinungsbild.

Das Einzige, was ich bereue, und das liegt an mir, ist, dass ich die Zeit nicht genutzt habe, um in ihre Inhaltsbibliothek einzutauchen.

We use it frequently for both live and evergreen webinars and the one single time there was a problem it was resolved within 3 hours of contact.

Intergration is somewhat limited, but if you are comfortable with Zapier you can easily update that.

It's so automated - it's been designed with you in mind, making setting up, design, testing, and duplicating efforts as easy as possible. I had a face to face zoom convo with customer service rep Sai (saicharan - who was very helpful). The next day, I replied to his follow up email and got quick, helpful responses to new questions from Rakesh, who I really appreciated. I tried to use the chat feature. It said I would get a response in a few hours, but I never got a response. I was able to schedule a 1:1 zoom for 9:30pm that night, which was better than nothing but I wish I had received a reply (as promised by easywebinar) using the chat feature.
