I like the task boards and story boards that I can filter to see the stories that I am looking for, such as seeing stories that are assigned to certain users during a specific iteration. From my experience, it doesn't allow for collaboration on stories with comments and such very well. For example, it would be nice if our tester could put a story from "done" to "in progress" with a comment saying the reason for the change (what is failing and how). If you want to use the product to its fullest potential then you have to follow the version one way of doing things. It doesn't adapt well to existing or custom business processes. You'll spend a lot of time trying to modify both to make them fit. Better to either find a solution flexible enough to fit your process or change your process to match the v1 setup.
