I use Crankwheel multiple times a day. I sell health insurance and Crankwheel makes my phone meetings SO much easier because I can share the prospects quote and benefits with them, sllowing them to see what I'm telling them. I think that helps them digest what they are going to possibly be paying for much better than only hearing what I tell them and having to make a decision based on that alone. It's super easy to implement and I've never had any issues with prospects finding it to be too complicated to click on the text link I send, so that's a definitel plus. I like that I can just send a client a link for them to click. It's a simple way to get them to see the presentation.

And I like that I am able to see what section of my screen they are viewing, and that I am notified if they leave the presentation.

Tha ability to have them connect by entering my personal meeting link is also a plus for when they cant access email or something.

I like the different options available to be able to screenshare with client. I also like the new option to have client sign forms on Crankwheel. It's not necessarily a crankwheel issue but I sometimes forget to click on the auto-connect button & so the client will get the screen with the number, at which point I remember. As an Insurance agent, this tool has been an essential part of my business. It is so important for building trust and visual sharing. IT is easy to utilize for myself and for my clients. It allows me to do a screenshare to show clients policies, very user friendly for myself and the client. it has a consent form which helps with cms compliance for writing marketplace plans, the consumer easily completes it and the form is then emailed to both myself and the client. customer support also responds quickly.
