By far, I would have to say the live updates. The salesforce integration is absolutely amazing and saves so much time. Gives me the ability to kill two birds with one stone with my notes and forecasting. Submitting my forecast is quick and easy as well. At this stage in the game, I do not have any dislikes. It is quick and easy to learn, and even easier to use effectively. If I had to give one, which honestly isn't that big of a deal because of the note-taking ability in general, it would be not having the ability to update different segments of the same opportunity with additional notes.
