- Remembers departments for coding to make it easier to track budgets and ensure accurate coding, you are able to scroll through these to find the most appropriate department for the expense rather than trying to remember it off the top of your head. I like the ease of setting up workflow approvals in ApprovalMax. Setting up the workflows is flexible and can be done by admin users with no need to contact ApprovalMax or need support. I dislike the pace of adding new features. It seems to take a while to see new features where other SaaS tools are adding features quarterly. Cannot be centralized to all network-based teams. Each Network team if not central can only access companies listed as per their team.
