I have reviewed many of the reporting software apps in this market segment, and concluded that All Voices was the best. There's an attractive, easy to use interface, and the back end is intuitive. I like the ability to communicate with reporting parties anonymously, and have everything in one place. I also enjoy the workplace webinars and learning how other firms are using AllVoices. It's a product that is mostly geared for larger companies, while I mostly work with smaller companies and organizations to implement the software. I wish the pricing model was more transparent and that there was a tiered system for users. I tried to put my account on hold during a transition period and there was no easy way to do that: I spent a lot of unnecessary time bargaining with AllVoices staff over something that should have been straightforward.
