This platform is super easy to use and is a great reporting and staff feedback tool. We are a small organization so confidentiality in reporting is very important, not only for the person submitting the report but also for the person receiving it and investigating it. This is also a great tool for doing one-question temperature checks with our staff. I also love the team at All-voices. They are very understanding, knowledgable and easy to work with. AllVoices is a fantastic tool for making it safe and easy to share feedback regarding experiences that do not align with values and policies or when simply not sure where to go to ask a general question regarding culture. The tool offers the ability to share feedback anonymously if desired, can be used for case management to house reports that come through other channels, and offers clear and concise reporting to understand key themes and drivers across all types of feedback. The tool was designed specifically for an employee experience, which has been very positive. While there is a use case for different audiences (i.e. candidates, customers), the ability to create custom user journeys to expand usage is somewhat limited today, and the team has been fantastic about feedback to shape future offerings!
