Bei der Bewertung der beiden Lösungen fanden Rezensenten TARS einfacher zu verwenden. Jedoch ist Collect.chat einfacher einzurichten und zu verwalten. Rezensenten bevorzugten es auch, Geschäfte mit Collect.chat zu machen.
