The comments and replies to comments are easiliy missed. The tagging function doesn't seem to work all the time or at least notifications were not sent nor received by me.
Usersnap allows non technical users to capture screens, client machine info and provide details of the issues end user facing. This in turn also help technical team to analyze, replicate and troubleshoot the issue faster. Thanks
The reporting tools are lacking. It's not very intuitive to go into Usersnap and extract the data or manipulate it to get at what you need. I frequently have to download the JSON file, convert it to excel, and then get the data I need.
