Poor customer support and super shady billing practices. They refuse to change my billing cycle such that I don't have to pay upfront for half of a year that I won't use and they hold onto my unused money for a year before they will apply it to my account.
I love their customer service b/c they have a live person answering questions. And that their platform is easiest to navigate. out of all the EHRs I've tried, therapy notes is hands down, the very best.
I dislike the scheduling options. I dislike that there is no feature to hide clients names or abbreviate.
