There is not enough "Wizard" to the product, where the workflows for collecting and managing data are build in - it still feels like working out of spreadsheets.
Fairly easy to navigate with sidebar menu. Many options of things to record (audits, issues, etc.) User access easily integrated into our single sign on capability.
Help database is hard to find the right answer in, and if I don't set things up perfectly it doesn't work.
