SmartBidNet is very user-friendly. I was able to learn how to use it on my own, with the help of the tools section. Customer service is wonderful, very helpful and timely with their responses. Each section/tab is very straight-forward, simple yet useful.

I like that every detail about the project from the location to the project manager to the drawings can all be uploaded in one space. This makes it easier for sub contractors to find what they need.
Everything runs smoothly using iSqFt. If I had to choose it would be the online tool will become unstable and freeze sometimes.
