I like how its very easy to choose your favourite reviews and, if the occasioan arises, settle disputes with clients. There are plenty of features too, for webpage badges and testimonial rotators etc.
Navigating the dashboard is not very intuitive and it can be difficult to find what you're looking.
They have the easiest to use technology, most cost effective, and great customer service.
I haven't really found anything to dislike as of yet. maybe have more of a way for responses from the company?
