I usually hate cold sales e-mails offering services... I had already spoken to three other SOC readiness firms and had received quotes. I'm so happy I responded to Secureframe's cold outreach and decided to engage with them as opposed to the other firms....
Information in multiple sources/difficult to answer compliance related questions Customer success rep was not able to answer questions and had to schedule separate meetings for engineering experts
Sample control wordings were well thought out and easy to work with. The security questionnaire AI functionality has worked really well so far and saves our team a lot of time when responding to clients. The platform is stable and easy to use.
It's extremely priced for a database of documents. There are no examples or templates that could speed up the process, making the tool probably not exactly useful.
