As a user the most annoying part of the program is how long it takes for the dialogue box to pop up. It can sometimes be minutes after your printing document finishes processing. This doesn't seem to be related to the document size or program you're trying...

They promised a lot of features, all of which never worked correctly, required almost 8 months to get working, and even once we had things working - some update happened on their back end of things and broke badge release for all of our Windows clients. ...
