As a user, this is a fantastic way to log prints. My office uses it to track all printing, and to tally and bill for large prints (12x18 and larger). Everything on the user end happens automatically; hit print on whatever screen you want, and the log box pops up and is pre-tabulated with your last job. A drop-down list allows you to change your billing entry. There's a checkbox option to make a print unbillable as well. A comment box allows for any notes needed. Additionally, a 15-minute timer is clearly visible and gives plenty of time to hit the 'Okay' button. As an administrator, you can choose what printers, paper sizes, and clients get billed, and which are exempt or unbillable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a user the most annoying part of the program is how long it takes for the dialogue box to pop up. It can sometimes be minutes after your printing document finishes processing. This doesn't seem to be related to the document size or program you're trying to print from. This causes some wasted time, not just waiting for the pop-up but also time walking to the printer and back when you realize the dialog box never came up. (It does always come up eventually.) Additionally, if you undock your laptop or connect to a different wifi, the program will not work again until you restart-- this doesn't close the print manager, slow the computer down, or create any errors in anyway, the dialogue box just won't pop up until the computer is restarted. As an administrator, the back end of the program is less than intuitive and difficult to read. Setting up additional printers or paper sizes to log and bill properly is a hassle.
