I like how easy it is to create designs for different products, like rep cards or postcards. It’s straightforward to use even if you aren’t a designer, because the buttons are laid out really well and the margins are clearly marked, so it’s hard to make a mistake. Sometimes it’s pretty slow to load things, and there isn’t an option to select all uploads to clean up what you’ve uploaded. Instead, you have to delete them one by one, which is a hassle if you have a lot of uploads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing I could say is not a fan of their quantity buying. Like you sometimes have to order a lot of an item to get a good deal. I've had a terrible time dealing with Vistaprint customer service in regard to tax exemption. They have zero information on their website that I could find about submitting tax exempt documentation. I asked about it while placing an order and was directed to a Vistaprint email specifically for submitting exemption for approval. They never once told me that the exemption I was applying for wouldn't apply to the order I was currently making. Turns out, after many email check ins later, they told me that tax exemption approval (once official) would only apply to future orders. But I won't be making any future orders so I lost all this money for an order I never would've made had they not been transparent about their tax exemption policies. I communicated with several customer service representatives via email, chat, and phone and none of them were able to explain why I wasn't told the policies of tax exemption and why it wasn't applied to the order I made.

I've since deleted my account and will not be engaging with a business that isn't transparent about their policies, especially for nonprofits. Unprofessional and very disappointing. I will be taking my business to other options like moo.com or got print.com or zazzle.com.
