Customer support is amazing to work with and if there's any issues with your order they great to make it right. I've used it on many occasions for a few different companies. I love that you can find so many products and it a breeze to design things on there. I've made from business cards to business stamps and gifts. They were amazing when there was a mistake in the color on my business cards that I could send them the color I needed and they found the closest one. We've been super happy with the products we've gotten. Products are often a really good deal and if you sign up for emails they often send you discounts. The shipping time isn't too bad, we usually have our products ordered within two weeks. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint?** The one thing I could say is not a fan of their quantity buying. Like you sometimes have to order a lot of an item to get a good deal. They are a slimy company who does not care about good business practices particularly for smaller nonprofits that are already struggling because of the current political climate. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint?** I've had a terrible time dealing with Vistaprint customer service in regard to tax exemption. They have zero information on their website that I could find about submitting tax exempt documentation. I asked about it while placing an order and was directed to a Vistaprint email specifically for submitting exemption for approval. They never once told me that the exemption I was applying for wouldn't apply to the order I was currently making. Turns out, after many email check ins later, they told me that tax exemption approval (once official) would only apply to future orders. But I won't be making any future orders so I lost all this money for an order I never would've made had they not been transparent about their tax exemption policies. I communicated with several customer service representatives via email, chat, and phone and none of them were able to explain why I wasn't told the policies of tax exemption and why it wasn't applied to the order I made. I've since deleted my account and will not be engaging with a business that isn't transparent about their policies, especially for nonprofits. Unprofessional and very disappointing. I will be taking my business to other options like moo.com or got print.com or zazzle.com. Vistaprint has bad business practices and I do not recommend their website for any reason if you have a small business. **What problems is Vistaprint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vistaprint is not solving any issues that I can see when it comes to the smaller, tax exempt businesses. Mismatching colors on pamphlets. 8 different pamphlets ordered with the same color green background. They came back with about 4-5 different colors of green... Then we ordered cups. About 33% of the cups we ordered came in dented. They were nice enough to send replacement orders up until this point. However, when we ordered multiple t-shirts and hoodies, they messed up terribly again and they were not as willing to replace. The logo looked as if it was spray painted on. it was also way too low compared to the proof. Wild stuff! I have used Vistaprint before to do this with no issue and was happy with the product. Expected delivery date was June 14th. Cool. No delivery so I reached out June 21st and was informed that they were delayed and then assured that they would be in my possession in one week. No delivery. I reached out again Monday June 27th and I was told they would get back to me by the end of the day. No update. I reached out yet again on Tuesday June 28th and I was told they they would get back to me in less than 48 hours. You can probably guess where this is going. No update. Thursday June 30th I reached out for the fourth time to be told that they were out of stock. Seriously? Why was I not told this in the first place? Why was I permitted to order the product if they were out of stock? They apologized and said they will process a refund. They are constantly expanding their options -- I was there BEFORE they added promotional items! -- and I'm here for it. And they always have deals and several massive sales. Hands down, Vistaprint is my go-to place for printable items that I don't want to do at home. Add in that their customer service is top-notch! They do not make it difficult to report issues or have those items replaced or refunded. And you don't even have to send the crap things back. I have been using them for years, and I haven't found anyone yet who does it better. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint?** I wish there were a better way to organize my projects. That's my only real gripe. I can't get rid of old designs (if you order them, they keep them in your portfolio), and I can't organize them by business or use. I had a bit of trouble with the consistent coloration of my stickers from batch to batch of my orders. The business cards also had a few cuts that had extra paper left hanging. **Recommendations to others considering Vistaprint:** Check out the price point. Sometimes they can be a bit high. But if you're getting business cards, a lot of times, waiting till the end when you're going to check out to add more than the base quantity can give you a better deal on a second batch. In terms of benefits, I really like how easy it is to customize anything on their website and the final product looks almost identical to what you customize online. Very use-friendly website. Another awesome feature is a little notification you get that tells you when your image resolution is poor (maybe the photo is too big, bad format, poor image quality). We love being able to have a location to see and easily reorder designs that we have already purchased or made a mock-up of. They always have some promotional discount going on and reward you for being a loyal customer. They haven't ever sent us something that was wrong or that needed to be changed. They always deliver on the date that they said they would if not earlier. It is so nice not to have to worry about items arriving on time and if they will be need to be recorded due to an error. We love the ability to share a login across the team and send to different corporate locations as we need to. The checkout process makes it easy to confirm that you are sending to the correct location as well. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint?** Business cards are relatively slow to be delivered. I was there was a way to rush order at a cheaper cost. We use another source for promo products since they are really great about sending samples quickly and solving any issues with orders. There's a lot of trust built there so we haven't looked at their promotional products. Some of the designs we love but a certain color can't be changed etc. That can be frustrating at times but there is a huge variety to choose from it can just be frustrating when you get set on a certain design but it won't work for you. I’ve been blown away by everything I’ve ordered from them. I started out with custom designed business cards when I was in college. I designed them in Photoshop and uploading the design the Vistaprint was a breeze. They have a variety of paper types to choose from and they have a few high quality options for heavy duty business cards that I liked. The colors were accurate after printing, and I was really satisfied with the clarity or the text as well. They have a lot of great templates to pick from if you don’t want to use your own custom design, but I’d recommend going custom if you’re able. You want your card to stand out from the crowd as much as possible when you’re using it to gain business. Although their templates offer a lot of customization, they’re still templates. However, remember that using their templates isn’t a bad thing either and it can be an awesome starting point for your business card, or whatever else you may be working on getting printed. I also really like their website. Their website functions well, looks good, and is really really really really really really easy to navigate. That’s BIG. We have older people at our office that sometimes need to go to Vistaprint to place orders and they’ve never had any issues doing so. **What do you dislike about Vistaprint?** I think one thing that could be improved is the recommendations for other products to purchase after you’ve chosen one to actually buy. It’s kind of a borage of items with your design on it and sometimes it can feel like they are trying to force more purchases on you instead of a more gentle approach. I’ve had to scroll for what felt like ages to actually complete the purchase and get past items I wasn’t interested in. I do appreciate the mock-ups on other items as you never know if you may or may not want something until you see it, I just wish it was less overall. One other thing that I’d like to see from Vistaprint are even more paper types for cards and a plethora of unique sizes and shapes. There are a lot of people with interesting square, circular, octagonal, or other interesting shaped cards. It’s far more memorable to receive one of these cards than it is your standard business card. I’m more likely to keep it and look at it again if it was something I maybe haven’t ever seen before. This would be a great option in the future. **Recommendations to others considering Vistaprint:** Utilize custom designs if you can. Their templates are great and clean, but there are probably a ton of other people using those templates at the same time. You want your card to stand out. One other thing I’d recommend is reaching out to their customer service if you need to. They’re very friendly and also they’re super helpful.
