The User Interface makes the software very bland and early 2000s. They could seriously do with a graphics overhaul.
This product has been around for quite awhile and we used it not only in school but at work. It has a lot of features and resources that make integration with other systems easier and make processes work in a more smooth fashion.
It may just be our version but it is not very user intuitive or easy to teach to new users.
