MagiCAD is a really good idea, but from my point of view, it is not implemented properly. I face a lot of difficulties and open questions during my work. And basically, I have nobody to ask, cause MagiCAD is not a widespread tool.
The software is just amazing. User interference is good and simple.. gives a clear view on what height the plumbing pipes and hvac duct system are placed.. The software is best used to check the co-ordinated drawing between the other services and it helps...
Till now i haven't any dislikes about revit mep,my only dislike is till now in my country there's not sufficient interesting for this big solution program.
